Sabbath Week

Five camps down. Four to go. 4th of July brings sabbath week to Echo Ranch. It is a week without campers. An opportunity to relax, rest and explore. We kicked it off with Men/Ladies Night. The ladies met at the gym, grilled kabobs and played games. The men were in the kitchen, had hotwings and went target shooting. 

July brings good progress to the chapel.  

The strawberries are starting to form. 

The fireweed is beginning to bloom.  

Today was Monday. I got to do one of my favorite sabbath rest activities...mow.

I know- it's a Grasshopper. I told them about Excel, Big Dogs and Fast Tracks. But it's all they had. And the view was amazing. Of course I loved it. Two more weeks left at camp. 60 of 90 days of sabBRADical completed.
