Father's Day

"Happy Father's Day!!"

Attended South Tongass Alliance Church. All the dads were given a screwdriver as we entered the gym/sanctuary. They are a church plant meeting in an elementary school. The pastor is leading them through a study of the 12 Disciples. Today we studied Philip. One of the reminders was when we use the screwdiver, remember the disciple's example: it was a Phillips head. Love it. 

After lunch we headed to our hosts' beach house. John and Lorna are renovating the home and have recently gotten permission to build 5 cabins. They are trusting God to use this mini retreat center to bring Him glory and bring healing to lives. 

We then doubled back to check the shrimp pots. Success! 

As always, the eagles hang around looking for leftovers. 

We have had an amazing time renewing our friendship with John, Lorna and family.
