Took the evening flight from Wichita to Seattle. If you ever need a weekend getaway, I highly recommend it. It's a direct, 3-hour flight, with 2 seats on each side. The high clouds threw our plane around a little. That was interesting.

My brother had stashed his car at a MasterPark while he is out of town. We claimed it and drove a half hour to Sammamish. Jeanna taught me to put cheese and apples together. Delicious!! Spent this morning eating Crunch Berries and exploring the garden. I'll spare you the pictures of Crunch Berries.

I love the "Hobbit" tree that covers the main entrance to their raised bed gardens.

Some of the flowers. They attract the bees.

Artichoke

Snow pea blooms

Volunteer lettuce in the path

Elliot tried a crab apple. Fail.
He showed me how the snap dragons "snap". Amazing.
You can learn a lot from a 5 year old.

There were critters that waited for their turn in the garden.

We enjoyed lunch on the back patio before heading to our Ketchikan flight. Great 12 hours with Jean and the boys.
